If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a physical product, you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange of the product purchase price within 10 days of receipt. Depending on the condition of a used or damaged product, store credit may be issued instead of a full refund. Gift order recipients can receive replacements or store credit. We recommend that you return items via an insured and trackable mail service. Refused packages will be refunded less any shipping fees we have incurred.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Photos are often required and always suggested so that a claim may be made with the shipping company.
Other digital products such as downloads, streaming videos, or online classes, are not covered under our return policy but if the product is defective or you are not satisfied with the quality of the item purchased, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org

Processing Times: Returns are typically processed within 3 days of receipt. If you originally paid via credit card, please watch for a credit on an upcoming statement within the next 30 days, depending on your billing cycle. If the original payment method was via check, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund check to arrive.
Please allow 7-14 business days after a return’s receipt for inspection, return approval, and refund credit processing by MYGEMS. Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company to process a refund credit.
