Right now everyone is in a frenzy trying to figure out what they can do to combat this coronavirus. As an educator, I always tell my students to KEEP CALM! Here are some practical solutions you can use during this time period:
WASH YOUR HANDS MORE THAN YOU'VE EVER DONE BEFORE!
Drink your water DAILY: 2L minimally
Exercise: You want to SWEAT to release toxins
Take your Vitamins: Vitamin C, Zinc, Magnesium
Include your herbs: Elderberry, cayenne, turmeric, ginger
Meditate: Stop over stimulating your mind with NEGATIVITY from the news, social media, people, etc
You do know that STRESS KILLS your IMMUNE SYSTEM.
TRIPLE UP on your GREEN LEAFY VEGGIES & EAT MORE FRUITS that are HIGH in VITAMIN C such as strawberries, blueberries, oranges, grapefruit, lemons and limes.
